Terms of use
The ground rules for using this site, written to be read rather than skimmed.
Last revised October 30, 2026
1. Using the site means accepting these terms
By using SpacePloer you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our writing
The reports, page designs, graphics and code on SpacePloer belong to SpacePloer or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to link to us, share our pages, and quote short passages with credit and a link. Please don't republish whole reports, scrape the site in bulk, or present our work as your own without written permission.
3. Photographs
Most photos here are public-domain images from NASA, or images that photographers have licensed under Creative Commons. They remain subject to their own terms, listed on our image credits page. Our use of NASA images doesn't imply NASA endorsement, and your reuse mustn't either.
4. Fair play
You agree not to use the site or our contact form to break the law, send spam or malware, harass anyone, impersonate a person or organization, or try to disrupt or break into the site.
5. What you send us
When you send a photo, tip or comment, you confirm you have the right to share it. You keep the copyright to your photos. We'll ask before publishing one, and if you agree you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to show it on this site and our social channels with your name.
6. No guarantees
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to be accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every forecast will come true.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpacePloer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your own country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
